In the process of your use of the X-hub play service, we will collect the information you proactively provide or generated because of the use of the service in the following ways to provide and optimize our service to you and protect the security of your account:
1.1 When you register or use X-hub play service, we will collect your network identity information to mark you as our user.
1.2 When you use X-hub play Service, we will collect your log information, such as login log, item log, operation information, etc. In order that you can view your history on the client side, and at the same time for customer service complaint processing.
1.3 In order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of basic functions, optimize product performance, improve your user experience and ensure the security of your account, we will collect your device name, device type, model and version, system version, IP address, device identifier, network type and other information.
1.4 When you use the consumption function of X-hub play, we will collect your recharge record, consumption record and other information in order to provide the service and allow you to query your transaction record. The recharge record and consumption record are sensitive personal information,and the collection of the above information is necessary for the realization of the consumption function of X-hub play, otherwise the transaction will not be completed.
1.5 We may collect your mobile phone number at your initiative for the purpose of notification of the results of activities you participate in, fault reporting, feedback and communication on matters you consult, or to push information or promotion information that you are interested in with your consent.
1.6 If you contact our customer service, we may require you to provide the necessary personal information for identity verification in order to ensure the security of your account. In order to provide services according to your demands, after your authorization, human customer service personnel need to inquire or verify your relevant information within the scope of your authorization, we will take technical and management measures as far as possible to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information, and use it within the necessary scope. We may also save your contact information (the mobile phone number you use or voluntarily provide), the record and content of your communication with us, and other necessary information in order to provide you with and record customer service.

1.8 We will analyze the operation of our products according to the frequency and situation of users using X-hub play, fault information, performance information, etc, in order to ensure the security of the service, optimize our products and improve the quality of our service. However, we will anonymize or de-identify the relevant information for analysis, and we will not combine the information we store in the analysis software with the personally identifiable information you provide.
1.9 In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and national standards, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without seeking your authorization and consent in the following circumstances:

1.10 Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If a function or service is not mentioned in the above description and your information is collected, we will separately explain the content, scope and purpose of the information collection to you through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements and other means to obtain your consent.
Except as set forth in this Guideline and the X-hub playn License and Service Agreement, we will not actively share your personal information to third parties without your consent. If there are other sharing of your personal information or you need us to share your personal information to a third party for purposes beyond the original authorization, we will directly or indirectly through the third party to obtain your express consent to the above behavior.
In order to better protect the physical and mental health of minors and promote their healthy Internet access, we will try to contact their guardians after suspected minors consume, and inform their guardians of relevant consumption records and other information for reminding, confirmation and processing.
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of X-hub play and achieve specific functions, some services in X-hub play are provided by our affiliated parties or other third parties. We will carefully select third parties and third party services, urge the relevant third parties to collect and use your personal information in accordance with this Guideline or other agreements reached with you, and take appropriate security technology and management measures to ensure the security of your personal information. X-hub play will provide you with an AD push service. In addition, we have also set up a complaint reporting channel, your comments will be dealt within a timely manner.
You can change the scope of authorization for us to collect and use your personal information by deleting information, turning off or on certain functions of X-hub play, or turning off or on the device permissions obtained by certain functions(specific permissions vary depending on the device model and system version used by the user).
After you withdraw your authorization, you may not be able to use the corresponding functions of the authorization, but the use of other functions will not be affected. Your withdrawal of authorization shall not affect the validity of the personal information processing activities that have been carried out based on your authorization before the withdrawal.
The collection and use of some personal information correspond to the basic functions of our services. If you wish to withdraw the authorization for the collection and use of relevant personal information, we may not be able to provide services to you. Under such circumstances, if you still wish to withdraw the authorization, you can apply for account cancellation to meet this requirement.
You can apply for account cancellation through the channels told separately in X-hub play. When you apply for account cancellation, we will verify your identity, account security status, and cancellation conditions. Please read the instructions in the product cancellation process carefully. After completing the account cancellation, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or this Agreement, your personal information under the account will be deleted or anonymized, and the related services previously associated with the account will no longer be associated. Once the account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Please exercise caution when using this account.
We may revise these guidelines in due course. When the Personal information collection and use rules and other legal and regulatory provisions of this Guide are changed, we will notify you of the changed guidance in an appropriate way when the version is updated. Please read the revised Privacy Guidelines or the content of the guidelines carefully.
